The nonfiction book checklist
Every step from defining your book to using it after launch, in order: 65 items across six modules. Tick an item when it is true. Your progress is saved in this browser, and it matches the checklist at the end of each module.
Nothing you tick is sent anywhere. To keep a copy, use "Print or save as PDF". If you clear your browser data or switch devices, your ticks will not follow you.

How to use this checklist
Work through it in order. Each group matches one module of the course, and the module page explains every item: what it means, how to do it, and the mistakes to avoid. If an item does not make sense yet, open its module before ticking it.
Be strict with yourself. "I have a rough idea of my reader" is not the same as "I described my primary reader as one specific person." The point of the checklist is to show you what is actually done, so the next step is always clear.
